On April 17, 2023, a female suspect entered Fulton Bank requesting a fraudulent withdrawal using a NJ Identification Card for a customer (victim) with a valid account. The withdrawal was processed and suspect left the bank with $1,275 cash. The same suspect made a withdrawal at a Fulton Bank in Delaware last December.
