AT 1249 pm, July 14th, The Richland Township Police Department responded to a vehicle crash with fire.  The vehicle, which left the roadway for an unknown reason, struck the Richlandtown Borough Water building located on Union Road, just outside of Richlandtown Borough.  The vehicle caught fire and the driver was found deceased.  The Bucks County District Attorney's Office Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating along with the Richland Township Police Department.  If anyone witnessed this crash, please contact Sgt.
