On April 9, 2021 at approximately 1900 hours, a group of young people were caught on video surveillance accessing the hatch ladder for the Water Tower in the Sweetbriar Development.  RTPD would like to speak with those pictured about their intentions.   Access to public infrastructure can cause issues with supply and delivery and should not be minimized.  It was reported to be at least four subjects in the area of the tower.  If you recognize anyone in the picture please contact Corporal Matt Lawhead of Officer Zac Herb at 215-536-9500.  If you wish to remain anonymous, please use the submit a tip button on Crimewatch or use our anonymous tipline at 215-536-6967.
