Newtown Borough, PA ~ The Newtown Borough Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on August 8, 2021 at the Smooth Roots Store located at 120 South State Street.  The actor who committed the retail theft stole a bottle of oil valued over $90.  Help us identify the actor seen in the attached surveillance pictures.
