UPDATE: Subject Taken Into Custody in Upper Makefield Attempted Homicide Investigation
Update: Trinh Nguyen has been taken into custody. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office is scheduling a news conference at 2 pm to provide additional information on this case.
Criminal charges are allegations subject to proof in court. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
