INCIDENT BLOTTER MAY 3-MAY 9,2021
5/3/2021
At 5:36 pm, A Plumstead Township resident reported he was bitten by a cat that walked on to his property. Animal rescue retrieved the cat from the property. Report taken.
At 8:04 pm, Officers investigated a check- the- wellbeing complaint on Nancy Ward Circle requested by Texas Child Services. Officers investigated and found three juveniles in the presence of appointed guardianship. No further action taken.
5/4/2021
At 8:05 am, Officers were dispatched for a check-the-wellbeing of an adult female on Winterberry Drive who was showing signs of danger to herself or others. The female was offered services to speak with someone regarding her change in mental status, services were refused.
At 3:15 pm, Officers responded to a domestic standby on Twin Silo Road. Officers remained on scene while personal items were retrieved from the residence.
At 5:12 pm, Officers investigated a suspicious person on the porch of a business on Easton Road. When Officers arrived on scene, they confirmed the male’s identity and provided a courtesy transport to his residence. The S.T.A.R program was explained and offered, and consent was signed to participate in the program. Referral was sent to outpatient treatment center for evaluation.
5/5/2021
At 2:57am, Officers investigated a suspicious person banging on the windows of a residence on Winterberry Drive. When Officers arrived on scene, they confirmed the male’s identity, and he was asked to leave the residence. Residents wish to not pursue the matter further.
At 10:08 am, Officers investigated a check-the-wellbeing of an adult female at WAWA on Easton Road. Several calls came in that the female appeared to be passed out in her vehicle. Officers confirmed the female’s identity and offered assistance if needed. Female appeared to be ok, and no further action was taken.
At 4:26 pm, Officers responded to a call on Bradshaw Road for a juvenile that fell off a horse. Upon arrival Point Pleasant EMS was on scene and providing care. Juvenile was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
At 6:32 pm, Officers responded to a domestic standby on Twin Silo Road. Officers remained on scene while personal items were retrieved from the residence.
At 10:06 pm, Officers investigated a call for an unwanted subject at a residence on North Easton Road. Officers were able to speak with all parties involved and mediate the situation. The unwanted subject left the residence and was advised to not return to the property.
5/6/2021
At 2:56 pm, Officers responded to a call on Ferry Road for an adult female who fell and struck her head. Upon arrival Point Pleasant EMS was on scene and providing care. Female was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
5/7/2021
At 10:36 am, Officers conducted a traffic stop on Swamp Road for a vehicle committing a vehicle code violation. Upon contact with the driver Darlene Kephart, 57, of Souderton was found to be wanted by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. Female was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s office for processing.
At 12:10 pm, A Plumstead Township resident contacted the Department to report a fraud involving unemployment. The resident was informed that an unemployment claim was fraudulently opened in his name. A report was filed, and the complainant was advised to contact the unemployment office.
At 2:39 pm, Officers observed a wanted subject standing in front of 1000 N Easton Road. Upon contact with Robert Musil, 38, of Doylestown was found to be wanted by Upper Moreland Police. Male was taken into custody and released to Upper Moreland Police.
5/8/2021
At 11:39 am, Officers responded to a residence on Winterberry Dive after the resident reported a theft from items located inside her shed. Complainant stated she observed the shed door open and interior light. The missing items are valued at approximately $700.00. 5/9/2021
At 12:47 pm, Officers investigated a one vehicle traffic accident with injuries on Landisville Road. Driver and passenger were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
