INCIDENT BLOTTER: MARCH 8-14, 2021
3/8/2021
At 3:32 pm, Officers responded to a disorderly customer at B&B Beverages on Saw Mill Road. The customer was reported to be yelling obscenities before leaving the business. The male subject was advised he is no longer welcome to patronize the business. Male left without confrontation and no further action was taken.
3/9/2021
At 5:53 am, Officers investigated a male subject passed out in his vehicle on Easton Road. Male exhibited signs of a drug overdose and officers administered one dose of Narcan successfully. The S.T.A.R program was explained and offered to the subject who refused but did accept transport by Plumsteadville EMS to a local hospital for evaluation.
At 2:55 pm, Officers conducted a speed detail on the 611 Bypass Northbound. Two Hundred and twenty-one vehicles were observed during the detail. One written warning and three written citations were issued.
At 3:50 pm, Officers investigated a call from a business owner in reference to property damage on Saw Mill Road. Upon arrival Officers observed a broken statue in the parking lot. The actor was identified by video footage obtained from the business owner. Officers interviewed the actor following the incident and he admitted to causing the damage and will not return to the property.
3/10/2021
At 10:42 pm, Officers served an involuntary commitment for an emergency evaluation and treatment to an individual who was showing signs of danger to himself or others. The male was subsequently transported by a patrol vehicle to a local hospital for mental health evaluation.
3/11/2021
At 4:12 pm, Officers investigated a dispute between a father and son on Roseberry Drive. The father expressed his son suffers from Autism. The son acknowledges becoming physical towards his father with regret. Officers were able to mediate the dispute without any further action needed.
At 5:15 pm, Officers responded to a call for a missing juvenile in the area of Stump Road. Bucks County Juvenile probation had an active arrest warrant for the juvenile. He was taken into custody and turned over to Bucks County Juvenile Probation.
3/12/2021
At 10:34 am, Officers investigated a verbal dispute between an employee and customer on Swamp Road. The male customer was reported to be acting out inside the business and filming other customers using his cell phone. Officers were able to mediate the dispute and the customer agreed to leave the business. No further action was taken.
3/13/2021
At 10:00 am, Officers performed a traffic stop for speeding on Durham Road and Stump Road. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Incident under investigation.
At 4:52 pm, Officers investigated an incident where an adult female had a change in her mental status on Split log Drive. The female was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
3/14/2021
At 3:16 am, Officers responded to a call for a male subject in cardiac arrest, possible overdose in the area of Ferry Road. Plumsteadville EMS responded and administered Narcan before transporting him to a local hospital. Officers provided the male subject with a S.T.A.R packet.
At 8:50 pm, Officers responded to a residence on Curly Hill Road for a small chimney fire. Fire company was on scene and fire was quickly extinguished.
