INCIDENT BLOTTER 10/21/2022-10/23/2022
10/21/22
At 4:35pm, Plumstead Township Police received a call from a complainant about a road rage incident that took place on Gayman Rd going towards Curly Hill Rd. The complainant stated that a vehicle was driving close to her bumper and beeping her horn. When they got to a stop sign the complainant stated she got out of her vehicle to confront the other driver. Words were exchanged between both drivers and the complainant got back in her car an left the scene.
At 7:26am, Plumstead Township Officer responded to the area of Lexington Dr for a suspicious person walking around the neighborhood. One of the residents stated that the individual asked for cigarettes and change. The person in question left the area prior to police arrival. He was later located in the area of Swamp Rd and was provided a courtesy transport to Doylestown Hospital.
At 7:55am, Plumstead Township Officer responded to Point Pleasant Pike for damage that occurred to her property. Complainant stated that a Dark grey pick up hit her mailbox and trashcan and took off and was last seen heading west on Point Pleasant pike. The vehicle sustained damage to the passenger side light with the debris that was left behind.

At 9:17am James Panno, 68, of Philadelphia was taken into custody and transported to Bucks County Prison on a DUI charge. Panno was found walking in the area of 611 when an officer stopped to talk to him. Panno stated that he was visiting a friend in the Prison and his cell phone died so he couldn’t call for a ride. Due to the area, they were in officers transported him back to the station to call his wife. His wife stated that Panno was serving weekend time for a DUI that occurred in 2020. The officer called the prison to verify, and it was learned that Panno left the Prison prior to being processed.
At 9:47 am, Plumstead Township Officer received a call for a hit and run traffic accident that occurred in the area of Point Pleasant Pike. It was stated that a Chevy Tahoe. Striking vehicle was last seen traveling South on River Road.
At 5:37pm officers received a report of a license plate that was stolen off a vehicle in the area of Stump Rd.
At 6:37pm Police were called to investigate a domestic that was called in by a third party involving an intoxicated male. Officers arrived in the area of Winterberry Dr and talked to parties involved and were able to mediate the situation. No further action was taken.
10/23/22
At 1:47pm, Officers responded to the area of North Easton Rd for a suspicious occurrence. Complainant stated that he found a stuffed animal with a handwritten note disturbing in nature that was found in the sock, and a wristwatch tied around the guard rail. The note did not contain anything threatening. No further action to be taken.
