• At 9:32am, Officers responded to a business on Swamp Rd, for a fraudulent transaction attempt not in progress. The complainant stated that a male came into the business an attempted to gain access to a business account that was determined did not belong to him. The complainant was denied access to the account. Incident under investigation.

3/9/23

• At 7:27pm, Officers responded to a single vehicle accident in the Plumstead Square shopping center. Upon contact with the operator of a silver Toyota TC, the officer detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The operator Brian Joanni, 46, of Warminster was unable to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.  The charges are pending blood evidence results.

3/10/23

• At 1:18pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop on North Easton Road on the operator of a black Chevrolet Avalanche. When the officer approached the vehicle the operator’s speech was slurred, and his motor skills were delayed. The operator Alfred Croce, 68, of Perkasie was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.  The charges are pending blood evidence results.

3/11/23

• At 2:22pm, Officers responded to the area of Swamp Road for a road rage incident not in progress. The complainant stated that a vehicle was driving erratically and pulled up next to their vehicle and pointed what looked like a handgun.  Officers were able to identify the driver of the suspect vehicle and further investigation revealed the operator displayed a multi tool and that it was not a handgun. The driver was warned for his actions and no further action was taken.
