On March 12, 2022, Plumstead Township Police took a stolen vehicle report from the 5000 block of Winterberry Drive, located in from the Arbor Estates mobile home park. The victim reported his 2004 red Nissan sedan was taking from his driveway between 9:00 pm on March 11^th and 8:00 am on March 12^th. Later that day, the vehicle was recovered by a Bucks County Park Ranger in the area of Peace Valley Park with the vehicle’s registration missing.

On March 12, 2022, at approximately 12:30pm Plumstead Officers responded to the 3700 block of Fountain Circle for the report of a vehicle versus tree traffic accident and the occupants of the vehicle fled on foot after the crash. When officers arrived on scene, they determined the registration displayed on the vehicle, a blue Dodge, was not valid for that vehicle. Further investigation revealed that vehicle was stolen from a residence in Doylestown Township.

After obtaining video surveillance from the area, the officers were able to identify the operator as a known 13-year-old male who lives in the Arbor Estates mobile home park along with his juvenile associate from Doylestown.

Further investigation revealed the known 13-year-old male absconded from his Juvenile Probation and was wanted by Bucks County Juvenile Probation. On March 13, 2022, Plumstead Officers took the juvenile male into custody after he fled from officers and was found hiding in a shed in the 5200 block of Winterberry Drive. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and other related offenses and transported to the Bucks County Juvenile Detention Center in Doylestown.

Officers located a set of Nissan car keys along with a set of Audi car keys on his person when they located him.
