UPDATE:

The individual in the attached photos has been identified. 

The Plumstead Township Police Department is trying to identify the individual in the attached pictures, who decided to take and then subsequently use the credit card of a customer, that was accidently left in the ATM.

With it being the holiday season, the suspect appeared to be in a giving mood. He not only made a purchase inside the store with the credit card, but also used it to fuel up his friend’s car. The suspect then traveled across the street to Giant, where he decided to purchase $400.00 worth of gift cards.
