UPDATE: At approximately 10:00 pm the male subject in question turned himself in at Central Bucks Regional Police Department. Thank you for all the cooperation in this matter. 

Plumstead Township Police Department responded to a call to assist Central Bucks Regional in looking for a wanted subject for a stolen vehicle. The subject crashed the vehicle in Doylestown Borough and fled the scene on foot towards the Colonial Village Motel. Local facilities and schools were placed on lock down in abundance of caution. The subject fled east and has not been apprehended.  The subject is described as a black male in his early 20’s last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt fleeing east behind Uptowne Deli. A third party reported possibly seeing the subject in Arbor Estates on North Easton Road but that has not been confirmed. Any information please call our non- emergency number  at (215) 766-8740.
