A Bristol man narrowly escaped serious injury after being involved in a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Beaver St. and Sixth Avenue.  The accident took place on Wednesday at approximately 7am.  The operator was passing a Trash Truck when the incident occurred. The vehicle left the roadway, striking a fence.  The fence post went through the window, narrowly missing the driver.  The  Bucks County Rescue Squad responded to the scene, however the driver refused treatment.  The crash in under investigation.
