Bristol Borough Police were dispatched to an EMS call at 8;01 pm on the 900 block of Spring Street.  Upon arrival officers found a 37 year old male assault  victim that had been shot in the leg.  The victim was transported to Franklin Jefferson Torresdale Trauma unit by the Bucks County Rescue Squad.  The victim is currently listed in stable condition.  The assault took place in the area of Spring Street and Jefferson Avenue..  Anyone having information regarding this incident is asked to contact Det.
