January 8, 2021- Community Relations

On January 8, 2021 the Bedminster Township Police Department continued strengthening relations with the younger community at the Bedminster Elementary School.  Officers began reading books to children in classes through a new community policing program.  

January 9, 2021- Possession of Drugs

On January 9, 2021 a non-resident was arrested for possession of drugs resulting from a traffic stop for expired registration.

On January 9, 2021 a resident was arrested for possession of drugs resulting from a traffic stop for an equipment violation. 

January 13, 2021- Possession of Drugs and Warrant

On January 13, 2021 a non-resident was arrested for possession of drugs and three Bucks County warrants resulting from a traffic stop for driving with a suspended license where he was a passenger. 

January 15, 2021- Theft

On January 15, 2021 a resident reported theft of a political sign from their yard.     

January 16, 2021- Warrant

On January 16, 2021 a non-resident was arrested on a bench warrant resulting from a traffic stop. 

January 17, 2021- Assault

On January 1, 2021 a resident was arrested for simple assault and criminal mischief resulting from a domestic incident.

January 23, 2021- Possession of Drugs

On January 23, 2021 a non-resident was arrested for drug possession resulting from a traffic stop for depositing waste on the roadway. 

January 24, 2021- Possession of Drugs

On January 24, 2021 a non-resident was arrested for drug possession resulting from a suspicious person sleeping inside a vehicle investigation.

January 26, 2021- Impersonating a Public Servant

On January 26, 2021 a non-resident was arrested for impersonating a public servant and false imprisonment after they utilized their blue overhead lighting under false authority as Fire Police to conduct a traffic stop on a motorist for a minor traffic violation on January 16, 2021.  There is no additional safety concern to the public resulting from this incident.
