Bedminster Township issues solicitation permits according to township ordinance 2021-247. 

• Solicitors must carry identification and display it at the request of the engaged resident while conducting business.
• Solicitors may only operate Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 9am and 7pm, or sunset, whichever comes first.
• Solicitors may not approach any residence which displays a "Do not Solicit" or "Do Not Peddle" sign

  • Residents may also obtain a sign from the Bedminster Police Department, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
• Solicitors may not approach any residence listed on the Do Not Solicit Registry.
