Pennsylvania’s new distracted driving law, known as Paul Miller’s law, will go into effect June 5, 2025. This law prohibits drivers from using any mobile device while driving. That includes taking a quick scroll break at a red light or when stuck in traffic! Remember, anything that causes you to take your full attention away from driving is considered distracted driving.
