On February 10, 2020, the Richland Township Police department arrested John Barry Powers, when an officer came about a domestic situation in a park, on Heller Road. During the investigation, Powers was arrested for possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On February 3, 2020, the Richland Township Police Department arrested Patricia Rauch, 46, of Lehighton. She was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after failing to pay for over $227 worth of Merchandise.

200 block of Rock Run Rd. reported at 6:22PM. Police responded to the report of a male running around the woods naked. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 34 year old male from LMT for Indecent Exposure, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
1300 block of Apple Blossom Dr. reported at 11:23AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.
