Many parents are unaware that, according to Pennsylvania law, individuals must be at least 16 years old to legally ride an electric bike. It's essential to note that electric bicycles are classified as vehicles in Pennsylvania and, as such, are subject to specific laws and regulations. Furthermore, their use is strictly prohibited within Perkasie Borough's parks and bike paths.
