Pennridge Regional Police Officers handled incidents 194 during the week of October 19th to 25th, 2025. A total of 36 traffic citations and warnings were issued during the same week.
INCIDENTS
Suspicious Vehicle: Police responded to the 600 block of Forrest Road on October 20th, 2025,for a report of a vehicle parked along Mountain View Road and Forrest Road. The vehicle was observed by a neighbor to be parked in the woods/grass area, and several people were seen walking to and from the vehicle. Police arrived and checked the area, but no problem was found by responding officers.
Fire Call: Pennridge Regional Police responded along with Sellersville Fire Company to an office building located in the 800 block of Lawn Ave. Upon arrival of officers the front door was found open, and a smoke condition was visible from inside the building. Police along with firefighters found the source of the fire and it was extinguished. The fire originated in a heating/cooling unit.
Harassment Complaint: Officers responded to a phone call request from a resident residing in the 2300 block of Three Mile Run Road. The resident reported that an ex-spouse was harassing them via text messages and other forms of social media. During the course of the investigation, no criminal activity had occurred and both parties were advised not to have contact with each other any longer.
Drug Investigation: Pennridge Regional Police were dispatched to St. Lukes Grand View for a report of a patient being in possession of suspected narcotics. Police arrived at the hospital and seized the drugs, which will be sent to the laboratory for testing. Criminal charges could follow.
Fraud Report: Police were contacted by a resident of the Community at Rockhill, 3250 State Road, on October 24th, 2025, regarding two separate credit card accounts being opened in their name. The cards were opened by an unknown person who attempted to purchase football tickets. The credit card companies involved are refunding the money and police will assist as needed.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
October 19th, 2025: Officers responded to the parking lot of Landis, for a hit and run crash involving a Toyota Pruis that was struck in the parking lot by an unknown vehicle.
October 20th, 2025: A one vehicle traffic accident was reported at the intersection of Ridge Valley Road and S. Tower Road for a Ford F250 pulling a trailer. When police arrived, it was determined that the trailer had ran off the roadway and struck a large concrete drainage pipe.
October 23rd, 2025:
Officers responded to the area of Ridge Road and Schwenkmill Road for Toyota Rav 4 that struck a deer as it crossed the roadway. Minor injuries were reported, and the Toyota had to be towed from the scene.
A Honda Pilot struck a deer as it crossed Three Mile Run Road, just west of Rock Road. No injuries wre reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.
October 24th, 2025: Pennridge Regional Police Department responded to a crash on Old Bethlehem Pike and Forrest Road for a Subaru Forester that struck a deer as it crossed the roadway.
