Landlord/Tenant Dispute
Complainant contacted our HQ with regards to a landlord/tenant dispute. Complainant is the tenant and wanted to know how to get her belongings out of a property she vacated. Patrol contacted the Landlord and made arrangements for the tenant to remove her belongings.
Gas leak/fumes
Complainant reports smelling the odor of natural gas in the area of Grasshopper Dr. Patrol and Northampton Fire Department responded, but had negative findings.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Newtown Richboro Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 was pulling out of a parking stall and accidentally struck the bike rack that was attached to Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and minor damage.
Fraud
Complainant reports receiving a US Bank Card from the Colorado Department of Labor for unemployment. Complainant reports that he did not apply for unemployment. Colorado Department of Labor was contacted and advised.
Fraud
Complainant reports that he received a letter from a Debt Collector stating he owed money to AT&T. Complainant contacted the Debt Collector who stated he owed money from a property with AT&T service in Philadelphia. Complainant did not have any affiliation with the property.
Disabled Vehicle
Patrol responded to the area of Newtown Richboro Rd. for a report of a disabled vehicle. Vehicle owner stated he ran out of gas and his friend was on the way to his location with a gas can.
August 4, 2020
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Tapestry for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 while backing out of a parking space. There were no reported injuries and minor damage.
Vehicle Lockout
Patrol responded to the area of Cameron Dr. for a report of a vehicle lockout. Patrol arrived on scene and opened the vehicle without incident.
Hazardous Conditions
Due to Tropical Storm Isaias, there were several areas in the Township that suffered from trees down, power lines down and flooding causing roads to close.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Buck Rd. for a report of a one vehicle accident. Unit #1 states that he was attempting to turn around due to a tree that fell in the roadway blocking his path, when another tree fell and struck his vehicle. There were no reported injuries.
August 5, 2020
Gas Leak/Fumes
Patrol responded to a residence for a Carbon Monoxide alarm sounding. Northampton Fire Department responded as well and checked the levels. It appeared a near by Generator caused the CO levels to rise in the residence. NTFD ventilated the home.
Investigation of Open Door
Patrol observed an open trailer door with several generators located inside at a business. Patrol contacted the business owner who determined that employees must’ve forgot to secure the trailer door.
Suspicious Incident
Patrol observed flashing lights inside a business. Upon a closer look, it appeared the lights were coming from the fire alarm. Patrol contacted the business owner, who stated he would respond to check the business.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to a business off of 2nd St. Pike for a report of a two vehicle accident. While leaving a parking space, Unit #1 backed into Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and minor damage.
Motor Vehicle Complaint
Complainant reports several vehicles driving around the barricades of East Bristol Rd. Patrol responded to the area and repositioned the barricades.
Well Being Check
Patrol responded to a residence off of Buck Rd. for a well being check. Complainant reports his parents are unable to leave their residence due to down trees blocking the roadway. Patrol contacted our Department of Public Works. DPW was able to create a pathway for the residents to leave.
Fraud
Complainant reports receiving a U.S. Bank card and (4) Unemployment checks from Indiana. The card and checks were made out to a person that does not reside or never resided at the complainant’s address. The PA. Department of Labor was notified.

Patrol responded to the parking lot of a business off Buck Rd. While leaving a parking spot, Unit #1 backed into Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and minor damage to the vehicles.

Patrol responded to a parking lot in Village Shires. Unit #1 was leaving a parking spot and backed into Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and minor damage to the vehicles.
Pedestrian Stop
Patrol observed a child walking alone in the street. Patrol was able to locate the child’s parents who were out looking for him.
Vehicle Lock Out
Patrol responded to the area of Tree Line Dr. for a report of a vehicle lockout. Patrol opened the vehicle without incident.

August 6, 2020
Well Being Check
Patrol responded to the parking lot off of Buck Rd. for a report of a male sleeping in his vehicle. Patrol made contact with the male who stated he was fine.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Bridgetown Pike for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. There were no reported injuries. Unit #1 required a tow.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to 2nd St. Pike for a report of a one vehicle accident. Unit #1 struck a sign that was in the roadway. There were no injuries and minor damage.
Public Intoxication
Patrol responded to the Northampton Municipal Park for a report of a subject drinking alcohol. The subject was located and issued a summary citation.
Parking Complaint
Patrol responded to the area of Village Shires for a report of a parking complaint. Complainant reports a trailer parked in a No Parking zone. Patrol made contact with the trailer owner and they agreed to move it.
During this tour, Patrol handled 21 Alarms, 14 Abandoned 911 Calls, 23 Medical Calls, 12 Bookings and 30 Road Hazard calls.
