Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Second Street Pike at Tanyard Road.  The driver reports as she entered the intersection her vehicle was struck by a vehicle attempting to turn onto the roadway. No injuries reported, both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Thursday, 1/24/19

Accident

          Patrol responded to Buck Road for a one vehicle accident.  The driver reports a deer ran into the side of his vehicle.  No injuries reported, minor damage reported.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Bustleton Pike at Sager Place.  The driver reports she was stopped in traffic when her vehicle was rear ended.  No injuries reported, minor damage to both vehicles.

Vandalism

          Complainant on Cottonwood Driver reports, that an unknown actor egged her residence and vehicles parked in the driveway. 

Friday, 1/25/19

DUI

          Patrol observed a suspicious vehicle on Cherry Blossom Drive near Second Street Pike.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and the male driver was found to be asleep behind the wheel of the vehicle.  A strong odor of alcohol was detected emanating from the driver.  A Field Sobriety test was administered and failed. 

Drugs

          Patrol conducted a Traffic Stop on Sunset Drive near Farmway Drive due to detecting a strong odor of marijuana while passing the vehicle.  The male driver was found in possession of marijuana, he was taken into custody, processed and released. 

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident in the Acme parking lot off of Bustleton Pike.  The driver reports she was driving through the parking lot, when a vehicle pulled out in front of her striking her vehicle.  No injuries reported.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Almshouse Road and Second Street Pike.  The driver reports he was traveling through the intersection when he was struck by a turning vehicle. 

Saturday, 1/26/18

Accident

          Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident on Churchville Lane.  The driver reports he struck a deer that ran into the roadway.  No injuries reported.

DUI

          Patrol responded to a report of a speeding vehicle that was crossing the double yellow line.  The vehicle was located stopped in the middle of the roadway on Merry Dell Drive, with the four-way flashing lights on.  A Traffic Stop was conducted and a strong odor of alcohol was detected emanating from the male driver.  A Field Sobriety Test was administered and failed.  The driver was taken into custody processed and released.

Hit and Run Accident

          Complainant reports finding that his vehicle was struck while parked in a parking lot off of Newtown-Richboro Road.  The striking vehicle left the scene of the accident.

          Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident on Buck Road near Briarwood Drive.  The driver reports he struck a deer that ran into the roadway.  No injuries reported.

Sunday, 1/27/19

Drugs

          Patrol observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Bennett Place and Taylors Way, a Traffic Stop was conducted.  The female passenger was found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.  She was taken into custody.

Monday 1/28/19

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of East Bristol Road and Knowles Avenue.  The driver reports she was stopped in traffic when her vehicle was rear ended.  No injuries reported, one vehicle was towed from the scene.

Tuesday, 1/29/19

Accident

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Second Street Pike and Bustelton Pike.  The driver reports she was struck while traveling on the roadway by a vehicle that pulled out in front of her. No injuries reported.

Wednesday 1/30/19

Accident

          Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident on Pulinski Road near Jacksonville Road.  The driver reports his vehicle slid on ice and struck a utility pole.  No injuries reported, the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Accident

          Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident on Middle Holland Road at Buck Hill Drive.  The driver reports as she approached the intersection she could not stop her vehicle, she swerved off the roadway to avoid striking the vehicle in front of her and struck a utility pole.  She was transported to the hospital, the vehicle was towed from the scene.

          Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident on Stoneyford Road near East Village Drive.  The driver reports he was traveling on the roadway when a vehicle pulled out in front of him and struck his vehicle.  No injuries reported.
