Police Blotter 10/02 to 10/04

Solicitor Complaint
Patrol responded to the area of Nelson Dr. for a report of a solicitor. Complainant reports a male subject walking door to door. Patrol made contact with the subject who was following up with political constituents. The male was not soliciting.
 
Harassment
Patrol responded to East Heron Rd. for a report of a harassment. Complainant reports that his father is receiving harassing/prank phone calls from an unknown subject. The unknown subject left two voicemails with a transcribed voice making belligerent statements.

Well Being Check
Patrol responded to the Holland Wawa for a report of a well being check for a female in a silver sedan. Patrol located the vehicle and spoke with the vehicle operator. The operator stated that she was tired and did consume a little bit of alcohol. The vehicle was legally parked and not running. The vehicle operator contacted someone to pick her up.
 
Disabled Vehicle
Patrol observed a disabled vehicle on Newtown Richboro Rd. The vehicle operator stated the engine light came on and the vehicle shut off. Patrol assisted with moving the vehicle to the shoulder. Vehicle operator contacted a private tow.
 
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to West Bristol Rd. at Ivygreene Run for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
 
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to East Bristol Rd. at Knowles Ave. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
 
DUI Accident
Patrol responded to Buck Rd. at East Village Rd. for a report of a one vehicle accident. Unit #1 drove off the roadway and disabled his vehicle. The vehicle operator was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Fraud
Complainant reported an unknown subject opened three accounts at SunTrust Bank. Complainant notified the bank and closed each account. Complainant was advised to check her credit report history to see if there was any more fraudulent activity.
 
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Buck Rd. at Rocksville Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #2 was traveling southbound on Buck Rd. when Unit #1 attempted to crossover Rocksville Rd. and struck Unit #2’s vehicle. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
 
Drugs
Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of 2nd St. Pike and Mount Pleasant Dr. for a traffic violation. After further investigation, the vehicle passenger was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance.
