Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Middle Holland Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving an animal. Unit #1 states that while traveling on Middle Holland Road, a deer ran across the roadway and made contact with the vehicle. The vehicle sustained damage, but did not require a tow.
Road Hazard
Patrol responded to St. Leonard’s Road for a report of a hazard in the roadway. Patrol found and removed an empty propane tank from the roadway.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Newtown-Richboro Road when they saw traffic stopping, but were unable to stop with the wet roadway and slid into the rear of Unit #2. Unit #1 sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Identity Theft
Complainant came into headquarters to report possible identity theft. Complainant states they received a bank statement for an account with Bank of America, however Complainant does not have a Bank of America account and has never opened one with them. Complainant contacted Bank of America who indicated that the account was opened with all of Complainant’s correct information. The bank referred Complainant to the Federal Trade Commission where they filed a report, and the FTC referred Complainant to police to also file a report.
Check Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report check fraud. Complainant states they mailed two checks from the Richboro Post Office. Both checks were altered and cashed by unknown payees. Complainant contacted their bank and filed a fraud report with them and closed the checking account. Patrol will review surveillance cameras from the area.

Fraud
Complainant came into headquarters to report a fraud. Complainant states that they are in the middle of renting a property in South Carolina when they received a text requesting a pet deposit. Complainant sent the deposit via the payment app Zelle. In following up, Complainant found out the text was fake. Complainant reported the fraud to their bank and they have opened a fraud complaint.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Jacksonville Road for a report a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 reports being tailgated and flashed with headlights by Unit #2 while traveling on Chinquapin Road. After turning onto Bristol Road, Unit #1 passed Unit #2 on the left, unaware that they had struck Unit #2. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for a traffic accident. Unit #1 was exiting a driveway, making a left onto 2nd Street Pike and was waved on by an unknown driver, when they were struck by Unit #2. Unit #2 sustained significant damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

Mischief
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for a report of trash thrown in the street. Complainant states that when they woke up this morning that multiple pieces of trash have been thrown about in the street. Patrol observed the trash which appeared to be political in nature.
Disturbance
Patrol responded to Pulinski Drive for a report of a disturbance. Complainant states that a sub-contractor had come to their business unannounced demanding to be paid. The two got into a heated argument and the sub-contractor was asked to leave. Patrol spoke with the sub-contractor who reiterated the same information. Patrol advised that this was civil in nature and that the subcontractor was no longer welcome at the Complainant’s property.
Criminal Mischief
Patrol responded to a business on Newtown-Richboro Road for a report of individuals causing damage to private property. The individuals were gone when police arrived. Complainant reports damage to the property.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to E. Rocksville Road for a report of a one vehicle accident with a deer. Complainant states that they were traveling on Rocksville Road when a deer jumped into the road and struck their vehicle. Unit #1 sustained damage, but did not require a tow. No injuries to the vehicle occupants were reported.
Dog Bite
Complainant contacted police while in route to an emergency veterinarian. Complainant states they were walking their two dogs when they saw an individual with a German Shepard that was not on a leash. The German Shepard came running after the complainant, who was able to lift one of their dogs but the other was attacked by the German Shepard. Complainant attempted to contact the owner, however, no one answered the door. The dog that was bit suffered several puncture wounds. Patrol was able to make contact with the owner of the German Shepard who was advised to produce vaccination records. Both parties were advised of the quarantine period.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on 2nd Street Pike, when Unit #2 stopped suddenly, stating a doe jumped out in front of them, and was struck by Unit #1. Neither vehicle required a tow and no injuries were reported.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse Road for a report of two vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Almshouse Road, when traffic suddenly stopped and Unit #1 struck Unit #2 in the rear. The operator of Unit #1 complained of injuries but refused EMS. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to a parking lot on Holland Road for a report of a traffic accident. Unit #2 was backing out of a parking stall, when Unit #1 began to back out, striking Unit #2 on the front of the vehicle. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, but did not require a tow. No injuries were reported.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road and Chestnut Drive for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Newtown-Richboro Road and did not realize that Unit #2 had slowed to make a left hand turn and struck Unit #2 in the rear. Minor injuries were reported. Neither vehicle required a tow.
Animal Complaint
Patrol responded to Holland Road for a loose horse on the roadway. Patrol was able to determine the horse had escaped its home on Middle Holland Road, along with several other horses. With the help of the owner, officers were able to locate and return all of the horses to their home.
Littering/Dumping
Patrol responded to Spring Avenue for a report of dumping. The Complainant states that yesterday a 5-gallon bucket of used oil was thrown on the road. Complainant was able to provide a description of the vehicle and a registration tag number.

Found Property
Complainant came into headquarters to report a found bag containing items belonging to a female. A check of the items revealed a name. Officers attempted to locate the individual, but did not have a current address. The items were placed in a secure locker.
Fraud
Patrol responded to Providence Drive for a report of fraudulent check cashing. Complainant states that they mailed two checks from the Richboro Post Office on September 17, 2022. Complainant’s bank contacted them to inquire about one of the checks written. The payee had been changed and was being presented for payment. Complainant informed the bank that the payee was fraudulent. Complainant then checked on the second check mailed and it too had been altered to an unknown payee. Complainant filed a fraud complaint with their bank as well. File referred to detectives.
Traffic Accident
While on patrol, officers witnessed an accident at Township Road and Newtown-Richboro Road. Unit #1 was traveling on Newtown-Richboro Road, when it proceeded through a red light and struck Unit #2 who was traveling onto Township Road. The driver of Unit #2 was evaluated by the rescue squad. Both vehicles sustained damage. Unit #2 was towed from the scene.

Vehicle Fire/DUI Arrest
Patrol responded to Signal Hill Road a vehicle fire. Upon arrival patrol observed a vehicle facing the wrong side of the roadway, fully engulfed in flames. Patrol located the driver of the vehicle, who was covered in ash and appeared heavily intoxicated. The driver was placed under arrest, transported to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment. They were then released to officers, returned the headquarters, processed and released to family.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Bustleton Pike for a report of a one vehicle accident with a deer. Complainant states they were driving on Bustleton Pike when a deer ran out in front of them, striking their vehicle. They sustained minor damage to the driver’s side headlight.
Drug Arrest
While on patrol, officers had stopped a vehicle with multiple violations. The vehicle contained controlled substances. The vehicle was impounded and the operator placed under for possession of a controlled substance.
