Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse Road and Joshua Drive for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #2 was stopped for traffic when it was struck in the rear by Unit #1, who reports mistakenly placing their foot on the gas pedal. Minor damage was reported. No injuries were reported.
Theft
Patrol responded to a business on Richard Road for a report of a theft. Complainant states that a piece of equipment weighing approximately 1,000 pounds was taken from the property sometime last week. A check was made of the area for surveillance cameras.

Criminal Mischief
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road for a report of criminal mischief. Complainant reports that sometime overnight the property was spray painted with graffiti. Patrol checked the area for surveillance cameras.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse Road for a report of a one-vehicle accident with a deer. Complainant states they were traveling on Almshouse Road when a deer jumped into the roadway and complainant was unable to avoid hitting it. The vehicle sustained minor damage.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Almshouse and Old Jacksonville Roads for a report of two vehicle accident. Unit #1 was stopped at Old Jacksonville Road preparing to make a left onto Almshouse Road, when a driver in the opposite lane waved him on, Unit #1 proceeded and was struck by Unit #2. There were no injuries reported and Unit #1 was towed from the scene.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Spring Avenue for a report of a vehicle accident involving a bicycle. Unit #1 was proceeding on their private driveway when Unit #2 (bicycle) came around the corner, both units attempted to avoid the collision, unsuccessfully. The operator of the bicycle was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for their injuries.
Fraud
Patrol responded to Chapel Drive for a report of a fraud. Complainant states that they received a call from an individual stating they were a Microsoft Representative who stated there was an issue with Complainant’s laptop’s security. The individual asked for and was given access to Complainant’s Computer and the representative stated that the repair could be made if the Complainant paid them with Macy’s Gift Cards, which the Complainant did. The next day, Complainant received another call from this individual stating that Complainant’s desktop computer was infected and would need the Complainant to provide additional gift cards for the repair, which the complainant complied with. At this point the individual then stated that they had tried to refund the Complainant $300 to Complainant’s bank account, but had sent $30,000 by mistake and wanted the Complainant to wire the overpayment back. At this point, Complainant became suspicious and ceased all contact. Complainant then began to receive threats over the next 6-7 days. Complainant contacted their banks to find that an unauthorized transfer had been made. Complainant contacted all of their banks to have their accounts monitored.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to 2nd Street Pike for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on 2nd Street Pike when Unit #2 who was traveling in front of Unit #1, applied their brakes to avoid a turning vehicle. Unit #1 was unable to stop and struck the rear of Unit #2. Unit #1 was towed from the scene, no injuries were reported.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road & Almshouse Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit # 1 was traveling on 2nd Street Pike attempting to make a left hand turn onto Newtown-Richboro Road when it was struck by Unit #2 who was traveling on Newtown-Richboro Road with a green light. Unit #1 was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

Disabled Vehicle
While on patrol, officers came across a disabled vehicle blocking the highway. In speaking with the driver of the vehicle, they indicated that the vehicle had just stopped working. The driver had no way of moving the vehicle and since it was blocking the highway, patrol had the duty tow respond to their location and tow the vehicle. The driver was able to have a family member pick them up from the scene.
Theft
Complainant contacted police regarding a theft on Marquis Ridge. Complainant states that sometime between 4:00 p.m. on September 9, 2022 and 7:00 a.m. on September 12, 2022 an unknown subject stole speaker wire from a house under construction. In addition to the theft, there was damage to an air conditioning unit. Complainant also indicated that an unknown person has used their dumpster.
Fraud
Patrol responded to Industrial Drive for a report a check fraud. Complainant states that they mailed a business check to a company in Chicago, IL via US Mail. The payee information was changed to an unknown and unauthorized payee. Complainant notified their bank of the fraud. In the meantime, the original check was presented by the authorized payee for payment and was paid.
Warrant Arrest
Patrol responded to District Court or an individual attending a hearing with an active arrest warrant out of Montgomery County. Patrol took the individual into custody and held them until Montgomery County Sheriff’s office sent a detail to pick them up.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Holland Road for a report of a two-vehicle accident in a parking lot. Unit #1 while pulling into a parking space hit Unit #2 causing damage to the driver’s side front and rear door. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and no injuries were reported.
Theft
Complainant came into headquarters to report a theft. Complainant states they have had cash and jewelry go missing from their home. The only people with access are complainant, their family and a cleaning service. Complainant believes the items were taken between June and August of this year.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Hatboro and E. Bristol Roads for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on E. Bristol Road when they struck Unit #2 which was stopped at Hatboro Road. Minor damage was reported, no injuries were reported.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Buck and Chinquapin Roads for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was stopped at the stop sign on Chinquapin Road, proceeded through the intersection to make a left turn onto Buck Road when it was struck by Unit #2 travelling on Buck Road. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, Unit #1 was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Criminal Mischief
Patrol responded to Gleniffer Hill Road for a report of criminal mischief. Complainant states that sometime overnight their mailbox was damaged. It appears that there was some type of explosive. Patrol checked for surveillance cameras.
Warrant Arrest
While on patrol, officers found a vehicle running in front of a business. While making contact with the individual, Patrol was advised that the individual had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Doylestown Township. The individual was taken into custody, processed and custody transferred to Doylestown Township Police Department.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Forrest Drive for a report of property damage. Complainant states while driving along Elm Avenue something struck their windshield. While inspecting the damaged area, it appeared to be some sort of a tree nut to have hit the windshield, perhaps a black walnut. A report was made.
Road Rage
Patrol responded to Buck Road for a report of a possible road rage incident. Complainant sated that while traveling on Buck Road another vehicle traveling in front of them was driving at a speed 15 miles per hour under the posted speed limit, Complainant states they honked their horn and the vehicle immediately “brake checked” the Complainant, causing them to enter the opposing lane of travel. Complainant maneuvered in front of the other vehicle who then proceed to drive with their high beams on. Both parties advised to avoid altercations while driving.
