DUI
Patrol conducted a traffic stop on Jacksonville Rd. at Pulinski Rd. for failure to maintain lane. After further investigation, the vehicle operator was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence.
Fraud
Patrol responded to a residence for a report of a fraud. Complainant stated that she received a phone call stating her son was in Jail in New York due to a DUI and that they would need to send $9,000 for bail. Complainant went to the bank and wire transferred $9,000 to another account. After contacting the Police and realizing the fraudulent phone call, the complainant attempted to contact the bank and recover the funds, but the money was already picked up.

Patrol responded to 2nd St. Pike at Crossroads Plaza for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 turned left in front of Unit #2 causing a collision. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.

Patrol responded to the School House shopping center for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 backed into Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
Theft of a Bicycle
Patrol responded to a residence off Almshouse Rd. for a report of a theft. Complainant reports that her son’s bicycle was stolen between 5/10 and 5/11. The bike is blue in color with white decals. A short time later, Patrol received a phone call reporting a neighbor found a bicycle matching the missing bicycle on their front lawn. The bicycle was returned.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to West Bristol Rd. at Hatboro Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 made a right turn on red causing a collision. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
Drugs
While patrolling Cherry Blossom Rd, an Officer observed a male vehicle operator slumped over the wheel. Patrol woke the subject up by banging on the window. After further investigation, the vehicle operator was taken into custody for possession of several different narcotics.

Fraud
Patrol responded to a residence for a report of a fraud. Complainant reports he was searching for a job online and applied to a position. The complainant responded to a subject that contacted him about a possible position. The subject held an interview with the complainant and advised he got the job. The subject provided the complainant a fraudulent check and asked him to cash it and send some of the funds back. The complainant later on learned the check was fraudulent and the bank would not return the funds.

Patrol responded to a parking lot off Jacksonville Rd. for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 backed into Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
Attempted Fraud
Complainant received a phone call from a car dealer confirming that the complainant applied for a $100,000 loan for a vehicle. Complainant informed the dealer that he did not apply for a loan. The dealer informed the complainant and unknown subject used the complainant’s personal information to apply for the loan, but he would cancel the application.
Warrant Arrest
Our Department received an arrest warrant from a neighboring department. The subject was contacted and advised about a warrant for his arrest due to stealing prescription medicine and related drug charges. The subject turned himself into our HQ.

Patrol responded to Holland Rd. at Hawthorne Terrace for a report of a two vehicle accident. Unit #1 rear ended Unit #2. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.

Attempted Fraud
Complainant received an email report about possible fraudulent charges on his Mastercard. Complainant contacted Mastercard who reported there were no charges on his card. The card was cancelled without any dollar loss.
Simple Assault
Patrol responded to a residence for a report of a simple assault. A subject was taken into custody without incident.

Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of West Bristol Rd. at Whitney Dr. After further investigation, the vehicle operator was taken into custody.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Newtown Richboro Rd. at 2nd St. Pike for a report of a two vehicle traffic accident. Unit #1 turned left in front of Unit #2 which caused a collision. There were no reported injuries and neither vehicle required a tow.
Missing Juvenile
Patrol responded to Council Rock South for a report of a missing juvenile. Complainant stated that he was riding bikes with his 9 year old son and they got separated. Complainant’s son was located shortly after.
During this tour, Patrol responded to 17 Alarms, 28 Abandoned 911 Calls, 42 Medical Calls, 4 Domestic Disputes and 31 Bookings.
