Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Jacksonville Road and Spring Mill Drive for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on Jacksonville Road when they attempted to make a U-Turn due to a traffic backup, Unit #1 was struck by Unit #2 who was traveling in the opposite lane of travel, when Unit #1 entered their lane of travel. Unit #1 was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Road Rage
Patrol responded to Middle Holland Road for a report of Road Rage. Complainant states they turned onto E. Village Road when a male, driving a pickup truck began beeping its horn and screaming at the Complainant. At the same time, the male driver of the pickup truck was at police headquarters making a complaint against the Complainant for Road Rage. Both parties gave conflicting stories. Both parties were advised not to engage in road rage in the future.

Dirt Bikes/ATV’s
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road for a report of dirt bikes riding on private property. The rider was gone when patrol arrived.
Attempted Catalytic Converter Thefts
Patrol responded to Steamwhistle Drive for a report of attempted Catalytic Converter Thefts. Complainant states when they arrived at their business this morning two protective cables placed to prevent catalytic converter thefts, had been cut overnight. Complainant was able to provide surveillance video, in addition patrol was able to contact neighboring businesses for their surveillance video. Case was referred to detectives.
Juvenile Problems
Patrol responded to Merry Dell Drive for a report of juveniles banging on doors and windows and running away. Complainant states that several juveniles had banged on his doors and windows and ran away. A check for area surveillance cameras was made.

Hazardous Condition
Patrol responded to Almshouse Road for a report of a hazardous condition in the road. Complainant stated there was a brick in the roadway. When patrol arrived they found a large thick piece of wood, which the removed and cleared the roadway.
Fire
Patrol responded to Independence Drive for a report of fire in an AC Unit. Upon arrival patrol found the unit smoking with burn marks at the bottom. Patrol used a fire extinguisher to put out the smoke. Northampton Township Fire Department arrived and cleared the scene.
Drug Possession
While on patrol, Officers make a vehicle stop on a vehicle with an expired registration. Through investigation, the driver was arrested and processed for possession of a controlled substance.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to Old Bristol Road for a report of a three-vehicle traffic accident. Units #2 and 3 were stopped for a line of traffic behind a school bus, when Unit #1 failed to stop and struck Unit #2, causing Unit #2 to strike Unit #3. All vehicles sustained damage, but did not require a tow and no injuries were reported.
Contractor Fraud
Patrol responded to Stratford Drive for a report of contractor fraud. Complainant states they hired a contractor to build a new deck and paid $6,000 for materials. The contractor started work and then just stopped coming to the property to complete the work. After several phone calls the contractor stopped contact. Case was referred to detectives.

Theft
Patrol responded to Center Street for a report of theft. Complainant states that coins and liquor have been taken from their home over the last month. Complainant states they reviewed their surveillance cameras and did not see anyone unknown to them enter or leave the house. Complainant states that they have had caretakers in the home, but upon confronting them they denied any involvement.
Fire
Patrol responded to the area of Driscoll & Macfarland Roads for a report of a fire. Complainant states that they observed smoke and fire at the back of their property. Upon investigation by the fire department and patrol, it was found a property owner on Driscoll had had a fire in a firepit, which they though they had extinguished, but embers had blown and started a fire in leaves, which was extinguished.
Solicitor Complaint
Patrol responded to Acorn Drive for a report of an unpermitted solicitor. Complainant states that a male knocked on their door soliciting driveway repairs. Patrol found a property have asphalt work done in the area with a vehicle matching that of the unpermitted solicitor. Patrol spoke with the unpermitted solicitor and advised of the need for permits in the township.
Attempted Theft
Patrol responded to Wheatsheaf Road for a report of an attempted theft. Complainant states that a vehicle drove up to their mailbox and the driver, a male, proceeded to take their mail from their mailbox. When the Complainant yelled the driver put all of the mail back in the mailbox and drove away. Complainant had surveillance video of the incident. Case referred to detectives.

Officers, including K-9 Officer Maui, attended career day at St. Katherine Drexel School.
Information Reported
Patrol responded to Newtown-Richboro Road to meet with a complainant. Complainant states that while their vehicle was parked in a parking area, it was truck by a golf ball. The golfer came over and advised they were the one who hit the golf ball and would pay for the damage. The golfer had left the scene prior to police arriving. The complainant wants the incident as a matter of record.
Well Being Check
While on patrol, officers came across a vehicle parked after dark in a township park. The driver indicated they were meeting a friend, whom they had met online, at the park. Patrol advised the park was closed and that a more public place would be a better meeting place. The driver left the park without incident.

DUI Arrest
While on patrol, Officers conducted a traffic stop on vehicle which was traveling with no headlights. Through investigation, the driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, processed and released.
Theft
Patrol responded to a business on Newtown-Richboro Road for a report of a theft. Complainant states that at some point through the evening their cell phone had been stolen off the counter. A check of the “Find My Iphone App” located the phone in Trenton NJ. Patrol contacted Trenton Police to have them check the address in Trenton.
DUI Arrest
While on patrol, Officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for traffic violations. Through investigation, the driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, processed and released to a friend.
Auto Theft
Patrol responded to Amity Way for a report of a stolen vehicle. Complainant states that their vehicle was stolen from their driveway overnight. Complainant states the vehicle was locked and that they were in possession of both sets of keys. A check of the area was made for any surveillance cameras. The Complainant and police attempted to have the car pinged for location. Case referred to detectives.

Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to North Timber Drive for a report of a two-vehicle accident. Unit #1 was traveling on North Timber Drive when they sideswiped Unit #2, which was empty, causing damage to the driver’s side mirror. The driver of Unit #1 refused EMS.
