Found Dog
Complaint reports finding a loose dog on Temperance Lane. Patrol was able to check and find the dog owner. Animal was reunited.
Assist Other Police Department
Patrol responded to the area of Bridgetown Pike and West Maple Avenue for a vehicle crash. Once on location, patrol assisted Lower Southampton Police with this crash.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Newtown-Richboro Road and Harmony Drive for a traffic accident. Unit # 2 was traveling eastbound on Newtown-Richboro Road and was stopped in traffic. While stopped, unit # 2 was struck in the rear by unit # 1 which was traveling the same direction and was unable to stop. Tow was not required.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Jacksonville Road and West Bristol Road for a traffic accident. Unit # 1 was traveling northbound on Jacksonville Road and was making a left turn onto West Bristol Road. While turning, unit # 1 made contact with unit # 2 which was traveling southbound on Jacksonville Road through the intersection. Tow was not required.
Traffic Stop – Drug Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation in the area of Ivy Greene Run and West Bristol Road. Through investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of illegal drugs and was taken into custody.

Disabled Vehicle
Patrol responded to a parking lot in the 800blk of Bustleton Pike for a disabled vehicle. Once on location, contact was made with the vehicle owner who reported that their vehicle would not start. Patrol was able to assist the motorist in starting the vehicle.
Traffic Stop – DUI Arrest
Patrol initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Through investigation, the driver was taken into custody for the suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Fraud / Scam
Complainant reports that they were contacted by PECO stating that they were enroute to the home to shut off the power. They requested payment through “Zelle” in order to keep the power on. Complainant found that this incident was a scam.
Fraud / Scam
Complainant reports locating a phone number during an online search and contacting the business for a rental. While on the phone, complainant realized the incident was a scam when the person on the other line requested a payment for the rental in American Express gift cards.
Fraud / Scam
Complainant reports mailing checks from their mailbox this month - April. In checking their accounts, they had found that checks had been altered and cashed. Information was gathered.

Solicitor Complaint
Patrol responded to the area of Wooden Bridge Road for a solicitor complaint. Once on location, patrol located the subjects who were advised that they needed a permit to solicitate in the area. They left the area without incident.
Found Property
Complainant found property at the Northampton Township Municipal Park off Hatboro Road. Property was taken by patrol in an attempt to locate the owner.

Patrol responded to the area of Buck Road and East Heron Road for a traffic accident. Unit # 1 was traveling northbound on Buck Road when a deer entered the roadway. As a result, contact was made. Tow was not required.

Patrol responded to the 200blk of Newtown-Richboro Road for a traffic accident. All three units were traveling eastbound on Newtown-Richboro Road when the accident took place. Unit # 1 struck unit # 2 which was slowing down for traffic. This cause unit # 2 to then strike unit # 3. Tow was not required.

Patrol responded to a parking lot in the 800blk of 2nd Street Pike for a traffic accident. Unit # 1 and unit # 2 where both backing out of parking spaces when they made contact with each other. Tow was not required.
Fraud / Scam
Complainant reports that they received an email from PayPal requesting a response regarding a $599.00 charge on their account. Complainant contacted the phone number and spoke to an individual who reported that they would assist the complainant in fixing the issue. The individual was able to deposit a large amount of money into the complainant’s account that exceeded the $599.00 charge. The individual stated that they had made a mistake and requested the complainant withdraw funds to pay them back. Complainant found that this was a scam, and no money was transferred.
Found Dog
Patrol responded to Penn Circle for a found dog. The dog was taken to a local kennel and the dog owner was located.

Disabled Vehicle
Patrol observed a disabled vehicle in the 500blk of Holland Road. Contact was made with the vehicle owner who reported transmission problems. They had indicated that they had a private tow on the way and did not need assistance.
Suspicious Vehicle
At 1:16AM, patrol located an occupied vehicle off of Hatboro Road. Contact was made with the individuals inside who were identified. Everything checked out with these individuals, and they left the area.
Drug Take Back Program
This agency participated in the Drug Take Back Program which involves collecting medications and sharps from residents. Items were taken to a central location where they are disposed / incinerated.
Fires
Patrol responded to a home on West Georgianna Drive for a fire. Once on location, patrol assisted the homeowner and animals away from the active fire. Northampton Township Fire Department arrived on location and extinguished the fire.
Retail Theft
Patrol responded to a business in the 800blk of 2nd Street Pike for a retail theft. The individual had left prior to police arrival. Information was gathered and this case in under investigation.
Traffic Accident
Patrol responded to the area of Jacksonville Road and Almshouse Road for a traffic accident. Unit # 2 and unit # 3 were traveling northbound on Jacksonville Road and were stopped in traffic. Unit # 1 was traveling northbound on Jacksonville Road and struck the rear of unit # 2. This caused unit # 2 to then strike the rear of unit # 3. Tow was required.

Patrol responded to the area of Almshouse Road and Hatboro Road for a traffic accident. Unit # 1 was exiting a parking lot when it made contact with unit # 2 which was traveling eastbound on Almshouse Road. Tow was required.
Vehicle Lockout
Patrol responded to the 1000blk of Hatboro Road for a vehicle lockout. Once on location, contact was made with the vehicle owner who reported that they were locked out from their vehicle. Using lockout tools, patrol was able to gain entry.
Investigation of Open Door(s)
Patrol observed an open door to a business in the 800blk of 2nd Street Pike. The interior was checked, and the property owner was contacted.
