Police arrested 55-year-old Stephen Michael Vile when narcotics were discovered in his car after police stopped the car for motor vehicle violations. On December 7, 2019, at 12:57 PM, police observed a Green Ford F-150, towing a trailer, driving on Second Street Pike near Bustleton Pike. The trailer had no registration plate and the car had an inoperable taillight. Police stopped the car for the violations and a subsequent investigation revealed that Vile possessed a small amount of marijuana, methamphetamine, and narcotics paraphernalia.
