04-08-22at 10:45 pm. A South Main Street business reported a 50 year old male subject who took a food item offered for sale without payment. The business owner was able to identify the subject from a credit card receipt for other items that were paid for. Video of the subject clearly shows him pocketing the food item without payment. Investigation ongoing.
