An officer was advised that a 55-year-old female from Philadelphia paid for 2 items and stole 3 bottles of wine from a local grocery store.  The subject was identified from a credit card payment in which she purchased the 2 items.  Officers were familiar with the female subject from a prior incident the day before.  Charges to proceed by summons.
