02/20/2022 @0119hrs – While officers were conducting a property check in the area of South Main Street, they observed a vehicle running in the parking lot with the lights on occupied by an 18-year-old male of New Hope.  The male was observed passing a glass water pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana to the female passenger.  Officers detected an odor of burnt marijuana and observed a green leafy substance on the driver’s lap and on the center consol. Charges to proceed by summons.
