While patrolling the area of South Main Street, an officer observed a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at the intersection of Deer Path.  Immediately following that traffic violation, the officer observed the vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at the intersection of Riverwoods Drive and West Riverwoods Drive.  The 18-year-old male driver from New Hope was stopped by the officer.  As the officer approached the vehicle, a strong odor of air fresheners was detected which gave cause for suspicion of drugs.  The subject agreed to a vehicle search which revealed drug paraphernalia.  Charges to proceed by summons.
