While monitoring traffic in the area of Sugan Road and West Bridge Street, officers observed a vehicle perform a slow wide turn and entered the opposing lane of travel.  The 63-year-old female from New Hope pulled into a parking lot on West Bridge Street and exited her vehicle.  Officers observed her stumble and fall to the ground.  Upon approaching the subject, officers detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on or about her person.  The female was transported to the local hospital.  Charges to proceed by summons.
