Ford truck (running) stolen from the parking lot.  Vehicle located at Holiday Inn Express by victim using GPS

Dustin Beyer and Kathryn Araiza stopped for vehicle code violation on bicycles and found to have warrants out of Philadelphia. Beyer also charged with false identification to law enforcement.  Both turned over to PCSD.
