On September 12, 2019 at 2316 hours, units from the Falls Township Police Department were dispatched to the area of Tyburn Road and S. Pennsylvania Avenue for a report of a single vehicle traffic accident. Upon arrival of responding units, they found the involved vehicle, a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, operated by William M. Bresnahan IV,  had struck the guardrail with the driver being ejected from the vehicle. The Toyota Tacoma was traveling eastbound on Tyburn Road at the time of the accident and failed to negotiate the curve on the ramp to S. Pennsylvania Avenue striking the guardrail. The driver of the Toyota Tundra suffered serious injuries in the accident and was transported to Capital Health Regional for treatment.
