On Friday, June 25 around 5:00 p.m. , an officer witnessed a bike helmet fall off this owners motorcycle ( cruiser type motorcycle with large American flag), on N. Oxford Valley Rd.   The officer was unable to make contact with the driver but retrieved the helmet.
