Patrol responded to a report of a suspicious device this morning in the area of the Community Park.  It appeared to be a home made explosive device or firework of some kind.  The area was closed off and the Philadelphia bomb squad was contacted.  The Philadelphia bomb squad is on scene now and the situation is under control.  It is not believed that there is any ongoing threat to the public.
