Retail – Home Depot, Commerce Blvd., Fairless Hills.  Merchandise recovered, white male fled in black sedan.

Arrest-  Marie’s Kozy Korner, Fairless Hills,  Frank Tomasiello, DUI

Theft-  Garrett Equipment, Morrisville,  catalytic converters.

Fraud- Victim wired money to be used to rent apartment.  Arrived at the location which was a false address and no apartment.
