The Falls Township Police Department is seeking assistence from the public regarding their investigation into events which occurred Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
The first incident occurred at Penn Valley Elementary School, 180 North Turn Lane, Levittown.
This incident, which is believed to have occurred between the hours of 9:00 PM and 11:45 PM, involved a physical altercation between two groups of individuals. During this altercation, four individuals sustained injuries from suspected knife attacks. These victims, three juveniles and one adult, received medical care, for significant injuries, at local hospitals prior to being discharged.
The second incident occurred at 11:45 PM. Falls Township Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Willow Drive, Levittown, for the report of gun shots being fired in the area. Further investigation determined a yet to be identified subject(s) fired multiple gunshots into an occupied residence. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
The peliminary investigation has led investigators to suspect that these incidents are related.
As such violence is intolerable and offensive in our community, we are asking residents of the areas surrounding both locations to provide any information that they may possess. Specifically, we believe that the involved subject(s) may have been captured by home surveillance or Ring doorbell footage in the area of Willow Drive or North Turn Lane.
