On April 04 at around 11:00 p.m. officers responded to Vermilion Hills Section of Levittown, for a domestic assault. Officers met with the victims, one being a minor child, who identified Gerber Vega as their attacker. Mr. Vega was intoxicated and engaged in a verbal argument with the victims which then became physical. He was charged with the offenses, and arraigned before Judge Kelly. He was released ROR and advised not to have contact with the victims.
