On April 13 in the early morning hours while on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being driven with a blown tire. Officers then checked on the driver, Shawn Tennie and determined he was under the influence and charged. Several hours later, officers responded to another accident Mr. Tennie was involved in, additional charges are pending. Mr. Tennie was turned over to the parole board.
