On May 7th Officers around 6:00 p.m., officers arrived at the Commons at Fallsington, Morrisville, for a domestic situation.  The male identified as Frederick Kornstedt was outside and  started to walk towards the officer's vehicle in a confrontational manner.  The officer exited his vehicle and told Kornstedt told stop.  Kornstedt  was approaching the officer and started to cry, then told the officer "I'll grab your gun" at which time he then tried to remove the officers weapon from his waist.  He was able to be taken into custody.   He attempted to get out of the  patrol car and was kicking at officers causing minor injuries.  He was charged with multiple offenses.
