On June 10th just before noon officers responded to an accident on Tyburn Rd near Franklin Street, Fallsington in which one vehicle flipped on its roof. Witnesses stated the vehicle was driving erratic and at a high rate of speed. The driver, identified as Justin Kooker, was under the influence and charged with DUI and related offenses. There were no reported injuries.
