Police responded to the Ace Motel, Fairless Hills after receiving a complaint that a guest, identified as  Danielle Herrmann had overstayed  and refusing to leave.   After making contact with Ms. Herrmann, police observed her to under the influence and also located suspected narcotics in the room.  Officers took Ms. Herrmann into custody.  She was later transported to Bucks County Prison for probation violation.
