On April 16, just before midnight, officers were in the area of Rt. 13 North and Tyburn Road while emergency personnel were on-scene with a car fire. Several emergency vehicles had the roadway blocked at which time a vehicle passed through the blockade. Another officer located the vehicle and eventually were able to stop the vehicle. The driver, Mark Davis, was observed to be under the influence and also in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses.
