Police responded to a report of a one vehicle accident on May 09 shortly after midnight. Officers arrived on scene and met with the driver, Colin Carmichael who admitted to drinking a couple of beers. After being unable to complete field sobriety testing, he was arrested. Carmichael was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was charged with DUI and related offences.
