With the increase in crimes associated with online purchases, we understand that residents may feel hesitant to give the other party their home or work address. Many times, internet sales occur in random parking lots in order to finalize a sale. With that in mind, the Buckingham Township Police Department has set up a Safe Exchange Zone in our police lobby. The Safe Exchange Zone is always open for the community to use with no appointment or prior arrangements needed.

Office hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. After hours, there is a direct line to Bucks County Dispatch in the lobby (the red phone). This area is under video surveillance on a 365-day, 24-hour basis, but it is important to understand that the area is not monitored by police personnel at all times.
