This past Friday, Corporal Kevin Myslinski graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Leadership Development Training Program. This class was hosted and instructed by the PA State Police at their Southeast Training Center. This elite program is modeled after the West Point Leadership Program, which is used in the military. It teaches students how to analyze personal situations and connect them to theory. Once the problem and the theory are identified, the program helps students learn how to implement solutions successfully. It is an intensive three-week course taught by Troopers who have mastered leadership development case studies. All students must pass each part of the program to be eligible for graduation. Please help us to congratulate Cpl. Myslinski on this achievement!
