In the evening hours of Thursday, 01/24/2019, the Buckingham Township Police Department along with the Central Bucks Ambulance Unit, responded to a residence in Buckingham Township  for a report of a heroin overdose where CPR was in progress. A family friend had begun CPR after the victim showed no signs of life.  Buckingham Officers administered NARCAN; and within a short time the patient regained consciousness and appeared to recover fully.  They were transported by the CB Ambulance Squad to Doylestown Hospital for follow up care.
